A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has upheld the removal of Senator Ali Modu Sheriff as national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The court, in a ruling delivered by Justice Mohammad Liman on Monday, said the decision of PDP National Convention in Port Harcourt, which removed Sheriff as its National Chairman was in order.
