The minister of Aviation Stella Odua yesterday posted these photos on her Facebook page, paddling a canoe and showing the extent of flood in her village of Akili, Anambra State. The minister sure looks confident paddling her canoe.
From the photos, you will see that the water is almost knee deep. Yesterday, president Jonathan announced a financial welfare package to assist states ravaged by flood.

It gud that this flood is a respecter of nobody, atleast now the government can see that when they fail to do what they are supposed to do as leaders everyone suffers for it including them, because they were given two years notice to prepare for thisd disaster.. Its a shame that most people won’t be able to replace what has been lost
