Alleged mastermind of the 2011 Madalla Christmas Day bombing, Kabiru Sokoto, will enjoy free legal service courtesy of the Executive Director of the Kaduna Human Rights Association, Barrister Sadau Garba.
It would be recalled that Kabiru Sokoto appeared before a Federal High Court in Abuja on March 20th this year and through an interpreter, prayed the court to allow him access to a lawyer.
The judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola, then ordered the SSS to allow Sokoto seek legal representation as well as allow the lawyers have access to him.
Barrister Sadau Garba said he would appear as counsel to the suspected bomber in court on April 19th , when the court is expected to resume sitting and take a plea of the three count charges levelled against the suspect.
