The leaderships of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and All Nigeria Peoples Party, ANPP, in Imo State set aside their political differences as they commiserated with Rochas Okorocha over the road traffic crash he was involved in last Friday.
Their good wishes were contained in two separate statements signed by the PDP State Publicity Secretary, Chief Blyden Amajirionwu, and the ANPP State Chairman, Chief Vitals Orikeze Ajumbe.
“The Peoples Democratic Party received with shock the news on Governor Rochas Okorocha’s involvement in a car crash in which he sustained injuries. The party deeply regrets the incident and wishes the governor quick recovery,” Imo PDP stated.
In the same vein, ANPP said it received the sad news of the Governor’s auto accident with shock and wished him speedy recovery.
“We pray God to give him the strength, while we wish him speedy recovery. Our sympathy goes to his family and to the good people of Imo State,” the party stated.
