As the political permutations towards the 2015 presidential election continue to gather momentum, the Imo State Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere has revealed that Governor Rochas Okorocha will join throw his hat in the ring.
The implication of Rochas’ action, if eventually confirmed to be true, means that he will not seek a second term in office as governor of Imo State because he cannot vie for both offices of the president and governor at the same time.
It would be recalled that Okorocha has been having a running battle with some political stakeholders in the state over whether he would seek a second term in office as they claimed that he had a pact with them not to seek re-election.
