NEMA (The National Emergency Management Agency) confirms that a two-storey building under construction has collapsed at Ishaga road, Surulere, Lagos.
According to NEMA, five victims have been rescued from the rubble, three rushed to the hospital, while two other victims have been confirmed dead.
Rescuing operation is ongoing.

The incident comes barely 10 days after a three-storey building collapsed at Ebute Metta, killing about seven people.
