Real estate executive with strong financial management and deal structuring expertise.
Will manage a real estate and asset management firm with land assets at its disposal with value to be unlocked. Strong financial and property development strategies will be a priority. Deal closing and a firm hand in developing projects will be essential skills

REQUIREMENTS
5-10 years financial and real estate development experience
Extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria
Portfolio management experience
Strong network of contacts
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Crafting strategy for development of extensive property portfolio
- Finding Joint venture partners
- Sourcing finance for development projects
- Management of debt portfolio
- Financial management including financial planning, strategy, audits and account management
- Management of quoted and unquoted stock portfolio including active

Ability to multitask
Deep industry knowledge
5-10 years experience in a similar role
