The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has granted administrative bail to Governor Sule Lamido’s two sons, Aminu and Mustapha, who were arrested last week in Kano on allegations of money laundering.
Aminu and Mustapha were reportedly arrested in connection with huge transactions involving the movement of Jigawa State funds into accounts of companies in which both of them and their father, the governor, are believed to have interest. The amount involved, according to the State Security Service, SSS, is about N10 billion.
Gov. Lamido has described the development as a political witch-hunt.

Lamido what do you call witch hunting? Withdrawing state funds for your family consumption or denying the state what is rightfully theirs? I belief every politician should be able to differentiate between Politicing and fraudulent activities. Before I forget sha who did this children of Lamido get that huge sum from?
But Lamido suppose to join his children at the EFCC and let this 10Billion Naira be brought out of the accounts and paid back to the state treasury for the purposes it was made.
