Ex-Super Eagles midfielder Babangida told supersport.com FC Taraba is aware they are not the only club to have disclosed interest in the 2013 Federation Cup-winning coach.
“Yes we are talking to him but nothing is concluded,” Babangida told supersport.com. “We are also aware tha there are several clubs who want Salisu Yusuf and we are not surprised because he is one of the top coaches in the league.
“And add to that he did well with Enyimba last season- winning the Federation Cup and almost won the league which Kano Pillars won.
“But we are still talking with him and that’s all that is happening right now.”
Yusuf guided the six-time NPFL champions, Enyimba, to a runners-up place in the 2012/13 season in the Nigeria top flight.
