William Bailey, 27, was arrested after trapping his cousin in a cage and torturing him for several hours. Professedly, locals claimed they heard screaming coming the apartment but police were nowhere to be seen.

Bailey’s cousin presumably slept with his girlfriend to which a baby bump eventually appeared. Bailey’s girlfriend allegedly admitted that the baby was most likely his cousin’s baby.
