Victor Moses is set for several weeks on the sidelines with a thigh injury, according to Stoke City assistant manager Mark Bowen.
The on-loan Chelsea winger sustained the injury during last weekend’s home defeat to Burnley. He face at least six weeks out of action, meaning last weekend’s 2-1 loss at the Britannia is his last contribution for 2014.
Bowen said: “He has a significant thigh injury which is likely to keep him out for several weeks.”

He is therefore ruled out of the Potters clash with Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday and could return very early in the New Year should recovery meet expectation.
