Job Summary:

  • Supporting the Head, Business Development, you will be at the heart of driving marketing campaigns for products and services.

Primary Relationships

  • The position reports to the Head of Business Development.
  • Within the Organisation, the position has primary working relationships with the Executive Director, Group Manager, Head of Business Development, Administrative department and Staff of the Marketing departments.

Job Descriptions

  • Contribute to the project plan and preparation of checklists and research audiences as agreed with the Head of Business Development.
  • Prepare partner-briefing packs prior to prospect appointments.
  • Identify trendsetting ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Head, Travels And Tours

Job Summary

  • Manage the entire units in the Travels & Tours Company, with focus on enhancement of quality standards and growth.
  • Arrange bookings and issues tickets; propose packages and partnerships related to travels and tours, reservation of tickets for the organisation.

Primary Relationships

  • The position reports to the Chairman and Managing Director.
  • Within the Organisation, the position has primary working relationships with the Managing Director, Head of Business Development , the entire staff of Travels and Tours and also the entire staff of the Business Development department.

Job Descriptions

  • Delegate where necessary to sub-ordinates on swiftness, confirmation of reservation for passengers and sales of tickets for the organisation.
  • Developing strategies to increase Travels and Tours profitability and growth, attaining and exceeding Top management expectations.
  • Developing new business opportunities and contracts, while maintaining and servicing existing clients and relationships.
  • In charge of all destination requests reported to you
  • Assists the Organisation in meeting sales and profit targets for the department.
  • Responsible for monitoring overall operations in the office such as; handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets; checking tickets and other relevant documents, seat allocations and any special request by clientele regarding Travels & Tours.
