First Sambo Dasuki, Now Obuah; DSS Continues Questioning Jonathan’s Men

The Department of State Services (DSS) has continued a clampdown on security officials who served under ex-president Goodluck Jonathan. The latest is Mr Gordon Obuah, whose questioning came barely 24 hours after the harassment of Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd), former National Security Adviser (NSA).

The former security operatives were questioned over trump up allegations of fraud, according to Frontiersnews.com

The former CSO was invited for questioning by the by the Department of State Security (DSS), at the agency’s headquarters, in Abuja.

A top security source told Frontiersnews that Mr. Obuah was directed to report to the DSS headquarters, Abuja during the weekend. When he did, he was grilled for several hours. It could, however, not be confirmed if the agents of the government detained Mr. Obuah or granted him an administrative bail.

Mr. Sambo, the former NSA was interrogated and his house searched, in Abuja, on Thursday. Vital documents including and cash were seized by DSS operatives, allegedly on the order of the president.

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has raised the alarm over the development which it said amounted to witch-hunting of everyone who worked for the past president.

We will not stop witch hunting Jonathan & his PDPigs gang of bandits that have committed massive thievery which has sent this country & its people into bankruptcy & penury until they are smoked out & full recovery of our monies is made, then we will witch-send them to prison where they’ll spend such a long time that by the time they come out, if ever they’ll live long to come out, they’ll be too old to remember their names.
