Accept Outcome Of Kogi Poll, Gov-Elect Bello Begs Faleke, Others

Yahaya BelloThe All Progressives Congress Campaign Council of the Kogi State Governor-elect, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has pleaded with Hon James Abiodun Faleke and other aggrieved members of the party to accept the recent developments in the state as the wish of God.

Mr. Faleke was running mate to the APC candidate in the election, late Prince Abubakar Audu before his demise.

When the party leadership chose Bello as the late Audu’s replacement to contest the supplementary election, which was concluded last Saturday, Faleke opposed the move, insisting that he was supposed to be declared governor-elect, not running mate or deputy governorship candidate.
