Police Recruitment: Screening Of Shortlisted Candidates To Last Three Weeks

police recruitmentThe screening of 338,227 shortlisted candidates into the Nigeria Police Force, which commenced nationwide on Monday, will last for three weeks, the Police Service Commission (PSC) has said.
A statement by the PSC spokesperson, Ikechukwu Ani on Tuesday, said to ensure a hitch free exercise, the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase, has also posted Commissioners of Police to the various centres to join the commission in the screening.
It also said the Federal Character Commission deployed its officials to the 36 states and Abuja to monitor the screening exercise.
According to Ani, the PSC chairman, former Inspector General of Police, IGP, Mike Okiro, noted that the screening in most of the states had been impressive.
Okiro also vowed to ensure that the integrity of the exercise is not devalued at any point, insisting that the structure put in place will produce only the best for the nation.
