Jason Farmer, a 34-year-old man who admitted killing his fiancee’s sister has now made a shocking claim about her.
The man is now claiming that she died after she made him sleep with her and while the pair had rough s*x in a hotel.
According to Daily Star UK, Jason Farmer was arrested over the weekend for the murder of Angela Montante in Houston, Texas.
Officers said the pair had checked into a motel on Thursday, where Farmer killed her.
But explosive new details emerged in court when Farmer said the pair were having s*x when she died.
He began choking her but stopped when she started panicking, according to his lawyers.

Prosecutors said Farmer waited between 24 to 36 hours before he called the police.
When cops burst into the motel room they found him next to Angela’s body, which was wrapped in a blanket.
Investigators are still determining how Angela died.
Court documents revealed Farmer has been arrested several times over the past few years and is also a registered sex offender.
The district attorney said he had two pending sex crimes against children ahead of this manslaughter charge.
One of the charges is related to sexual abuse of a child, while the other is indecency with a child.
