Majority leader in the 8th House of Representatives, Honorable Femi Gbajabiamila is set to declare his intention to run for the post of Speaker in the 9th Assembly.
Gbajabiamila is believed to be the anointed candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to become the speaker in the 9th Assembly.
Gbajabiamila was also tipped to become the speaker during the 8th Assembly before Honourable Yakubu Dogara was elected.
