The Chairman of Universal Basic Education Commission(UBEC), Muhammed Mahmood, has been kidnapped alongside his daughter by kidnappers while heading to Abuja from Kaduna.
His driver was unlucky as he died on the spot following injuries from gunshots.

The nefarious operation is said to have taken place around Katari, a village of few kilometres from Zuba, an Abuja suburb.
