‘It is wrong to mourn people who committed suicide’ – Nigerian man states

A Nigerian man has gotten many tongues wagging after he took to Facebook to share his thoughts on people who commit suicide.

According to the man who owns an NGO, such persons should not be mourned but instead thrown into ‘evil forest’.

The man whose name is Nwolisa, said the act is a ‘taboo’ in Igbo tradition.

Sharing the photo of the RCCG minister who committed suicide in Abuja on Tuesday, May 14th he wrote;

“It is not right for you to type RIP for someone who commits suicide, in our tradition as an Igbo people we don’t mourn them, we threw them away in an evil Forest, what they commit is an abomination it is a taboo you don’t have right to take your life we consider it evil ,so be careful so as not to cause calamity in your family thank you all”
