Nigerian judge, Charles Omole, has given a legal analysis to the ongoing rape scandal between Busola Dakolo and pastor of COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo.
Omole reacted, following social media outrage that greeted police invasion of Timi Dakolo’s residence on Saturday.

Omole pointed out that based on the findings he has done on the issue, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo won’t be convicted because the accuser doesn’t have evidence.
The judge further opined that people should not crucify the police for going to the Dakolo’s house as it is only reasonable for investigation.
