Award winning Nollywood Actress, Funke Akindele-Bello, recently hit 8 million followers on Instagram while her popular series Jenifa’s page gained 1 million followers on the platform as well.
However, Nigerian artiste, Yemi alade recently celebrated being the highest followed celebrity on Instagram.
Alade moved from 5 figure followers to seven million followers overnight and claimed the crown of the highest followed Nigerian female just a few weeks back.
It appears Funke Akindele has dethroned the singer with her eight million follower-ship.
The actress shared a picture appreciating her fans and followers with the caption:
