Shehu Sani, a former senator representing Kaduna Central has commended the effort of the DSS in complying with the court order as regards the release of Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.
On Monday, a federal high court sitting in Kaduna ordered that the leader of the Shiite group and his wife be released for medical treatment in India.

Reacting to this, Shehu Sani commended the security outfit for acting swiftly on the decision of the high court.
He tweeted:
“DSS compliance with the Court order on Sheikh Elzakzaky and his wife is commendable.Respect for the rule of law is the way to go in order to preserve this democracy.”
