Pandemonium erupted as Police operatives attached to Ijoraarea of Lagos clashed with touts in the area over Okada Ban.
In a video obtained from Instablog9ja, gunshots were heard and bus drivers were seen taking a one-way lane.
The restriction and ban of commercial motorcycles (Okada) and tricycles (Keke) took effect on Sunday.
