Reno Omokri, a popular social media commentator has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari does not want to restrict flights from coronavirus high risk nations because the idea was first suggested by Atiku Abubakar.

Speaking via his official Twitter handle, Omokri said Buhari doesn’t want to impose travel ban so that Atiku does not get the credit.
He wrote: “The reason General @MBuhari does not want to restrict flights from #COVID19 high risk nations is because it was first suggested by @Atiku. He does not want Atiku to get the credit. This is about ego. Buhari must drop his ego and do the right thing to save lives!”
