Popular Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage came out in full force as she lashed out at a journalist, who reviewed her ‘Celia’ album.
The journalist, Motolani Alake, who works in Pulse Nigeria, did not mince his words as he strongly criticized her latest album in an opinionated piece, and he did not make an exception when he referred to her career as a ‘struggling’ one.
The article titled, ‘Tiwa Savage’s struggling brand and her hilarious endorsement of ‘Mungo Parking’ , received plaudits and criticisms from social media users.
It also caught the attention of the ‘Koroba’ crooner. Savage wasted no time in schooling the journalist on Twitter, and she also tackled the media house as well.
Taking to Twitter, the fuming mother of one reacted to the critique and she wrote;
“I’m glad you know it’s YOU guys I was talking about. “Because say I quiet no mean say I be fool” – don’t try and turn nigerian media against me to hide your guilty conscience. Ask all the media houses I have great relationships with them. What you did with this is pure EVIL.”
In a fit of rage, the singer mentioned that her son, Jamal has made more money than the journalist and the media house he works for.
