Popular American rapper, Offset caught flak after he misspelled a word in his recent tweet.
Nigerians on Twitter dragged the rapper by the neck in the comments over the typo. It appears that the spelling error brought back memories of a controversial remark the rapper made while speaking about his trip to Nigeria in 2017.
The rapper, in an interview, had mentioned Nigerians can’t speak good English.
Offset did not go scot-free after he made an error in his spelling. The rapper wrote the word ‘do’ instead of ‘due’ in his tweet.
His tweet reads;
“Give credit when it’s do”
Hence, he incurred the wrath of citizens of Nigeria.
