Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has warned against attack by Northerners on Southerners living in Northern Nigeria.
He made this statement in reaction to a warning by former presidential candidate, Bashir Tofa on the consequences of the presidency not tackling the herdsmen-farmers crisis ravaging the country.

Tofa described the attack on Northerners, especially Fulani people in some other parts of the country, as totally unacceptable.
Reacting to this statement, Fani-Kayode wrote:
“If revenge on southerners begin in the North it will be difficult to control”- Bashir Tofa.
“If northerners target southerners that live in the North there will be consequences. This is 2021 and NOT 1966.
“Let peace reign.”
