Nigeria has recorded 12 new cases of COVID-19 bringing the total number of persons who have tested positive in the country to 168,552.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced this via its website, https://covid19.ncdc.gov.ng/ on Monday morning, July 12, 2021.

According to NCDC; “The 12 new cases are reported from 3 states- Akwa Ibom (6), Ogun (4), and Rivers (2).”

The NCDC also added that as of 11 July, 168,552 cases had been confirmed, 164,439 cases treated and discharged, while 2,124 deaths were recorded.
