Brighton’s Coach, Graham Potter, is top of Chelsea’s list to replace the recently sacked Thomas Tuchel.
Brighton have now given Chelsea express permission to speak to Graham Potter. This afternoon, Potter is set to travel to London to meet Todd Boehly and the other hierarchy of Chelsea.
Chelsea have met the exit clause on Potters Brighton’s contract since he has been allowed to meet Chelsea, which permits them to talk to Potter.
Chelsea have now revealed that Graham Potter has been in their plans for months, and they see him as the manager that can come into the club and change the ethos, the way Chelsea play, and the entire structure of the football setup of the club.

Todd Boehly and his executives had decided that Thomas Tuchel was not the manager that would change the style of play of the team and had eyes on Potter for months.
It is not a deal yet, and Todd Boehly has other managers on his radar. A certain Portuguese, Ruben Amorim, is a likely option for Chelsea.
It should be noted that talks between Chelsea and Potter are moving fast, and the legal and contractual matters are what might slow down the deal.
Many people at Chelsea believe that Potter might become Chelsea’s coach in 24 hours. The Head Coach position at Chelsea is still vacant, and all eyes are fixed on who will replace Tuchel.
